1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using Growth Pathways' services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. SERVICES PROVIDED

Growth Pathways provides capability planning and learning design services for organisations. Our services include workforce development frameworks, capability mapping, and training pathway design.

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information necessary for service delivery

• Meeting agreed payment terms

• Respecting intellectual property rights

• Providing timely feedback during project delivery

4. PAYMENT TERMS

• Invoices are payable within 30 days unless otherwise agreed

• Late payments may incur additional charges

• Services may be suspended for non-payment

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials, frameworks, and methodologies developed by Growth Pathways remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred through written agreement. Clients receive license to use deliverables for their internal purposes.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and expect the same from our clients regarding our methodologies and approaches.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Growth Pathways shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

8. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Fees for work completed up to termination date remain payable.

9. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
